Shipping & Return

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY THOROUGHLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO RETURN MERCHANDISE

In order to process the return of merchandise, there are criteria that must be met and procedures that must be followed. If merchandise is sent back to us incorrectly, or if the returned merchandise does not meet the required criteria, it will be shipped back to the sender at the sender's expense. 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE DISCUSSED WITH A YESIMPRINT REPRESENTATIVE BEFORE PROCEEDING

If you would like to return merchandise to us, please send an email to support@yesimprint.com before sending back the items. Please do not attempt to ship merchandise to the YesImprint mailing address, as packages cannot be accepted at this location. Instructions for returning merchandise will be provided by a YesImprint representative.

If the merchandise was damaged when you received it, please retain all packaging materials. We will not be able to file a claim if these materials are disposed of.

CRITERIA FOR RETURNS

Most of our imprint methods are permanent, so returned merchandise cannot be re-imprinted and sold to new customers. For this reason, merchandise may ONLY be returned for the following reasons:

  • Defective Merchandise
  • Damaged Merchandise
  • Incorrect Item(s) Received 
  • Missing Imprint
  • Incorrect Imprint - The content or method of the imprint is incorrect; or the size, position, orientation or color differs greatly is unacceptably different from what was discussed. Keep in mind that "unacceptably different" is subjective and left to the discretion of YesImprint. The Virtual Proof is not an exact representation of how the finished product will look. Rather, it serves as a guide to make sure we are on the "same page". Minor variations may occur
  • Requested Services Not Fulfilled or Carried Out Incorrectly - Requested services (Data Preload for USB flash drives, for example) were not carried out, or were carried out incorrectly.

Returns must be arranged within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. The risk of loss for the item(s) being returned is with you until the merchandise arrives at our returns office.
