How do I send my artwork to YesImprint?

It’s absolutely easy. You just need to reply to the confirmation e-mail you receive after you’ve placed your order and attach your art file. This ensures that we can match your artwork to the specific order you’ve placed.

You can also email the artwork to at any time. Please rest assured that our Customer Care team will review your order and contact you prior to production to work out all the details!

What artwork formats do you accept for my order?

We can accept almost anything: e-mailed art, faxed art, or mailed hard copy. Just send us what you have and we’ll work with you to finish the rest. Once we have that, our artwork professional will design the virtual proof for you for free. If your  logo needs enhancement, we can do that for you for free!

The most common file format is vector such as EPS, AI, CDR, but we have the experience and software to open just about any file type out there. Below are some of the most common file types:

Adobe Acrobat .pdf Embed the fonts used or export as generic .eps
Adobe Illustrator .ai, .eps Convert text to outlines, embed any linked images and save as version 10 or lower
Corel Draw .cdr Convert text to curves
Microsoft Office Files .doc, .ppt, .pub Embed or include fonts
Bitmaps (Scans, faxes, web images etc) .jpg, .tif, .pcx, .gif, .png, .bmp Send as is
